When natural scenery, architecture, and sophistication come together in a unique way, a place like the Alpenhotel Kitzbühel is born. Located directly on the shores of Lake Schwarzsee, the existing building was completely rebuilt and generously expanded in 2021 – creating a hotel that exudes tranquility while embodying a modern lifestyle.

We were privileged to oversee the project from the initial concept to its implementation – including the adjacent Lakeside Lodge, the new Steghaus as an à la carte restaurant directly on the lakeshore, and a 1,300 m² wellness oasis including an infinity pool and lakeside sauna.
The design follows a clear line – with elegant, natural materials and a spatial effect that deliberately brings the outdoors inside.
