In Luttach in the Ahrntal Valley, the Schwarzenstein resort has been created that combines alpine wellness, family-friendliness, and modern comfort under one roof – spacious, high-quality, and with a sense of presentation. Since 2013, we have been supporting the continuous development of the hotel, which creates new experiences with each construction phase without losing its original character. The 2022 expansion represents another architectural highlight: well-thought-out, atmospheric, and consistently geared to the needs of guests.

An exclusive adults-only area was created on the rooftop, featuring a 23-meter infinity pool, a large hot tub, a panoramic sauna, and an elegant Sky Bar with lounge areas. At the same time, new spaces for families were created: with dedicated children's and baby pools, water attractions, chill-out areas, and a spacious indoor soccer field with a trampoline zone. The Kids Club also has a new look – flooded with light, supervised, and with plenty of space for exploration. The offering is complemented by the cocktail bar "The 6th Sense," which, with its lounge and sun terrace, forms a stylish meeting place – both day and night.
