In 2023, the project was reimagined and reopened as a lifestyle hotel – with 30 individually designed rooms, a small, exquisite spa area, and an atmosphere that is consistently refined: from design to the last glass. This includes the "Gasthaus Meisterstück," the "52°" steak restaurant, the "Hüftgold" beer bar, and, last but not least, the butcher shop itself, which has been reimagined in its own stylish corner. A modern seminar area also fits seamlessly into the concept – for exchange and encounters in a contemporary setting.
WITTMANN°S is not a cookie-cutter concept – but an authentic hotel project with a lived attitude. Boldly conceived, consistently implemented, and managed with heart.
